Here is the video that inspired “Mythbusters” to feature this on their show. It is a thermal image video of a fart – or is it? you decide.

Black and white can be inversed for hot and cold, so no reason to assume this is not stinky hot gas

but the skin appears white, which would be warm then, so the fart would have to be extremly cold, which doesnt happen

your internal temperature is pretty warm, so a fart wouldn’t be cold, The only way the fart would be black, is if it was cold, like a can of compressed air, and like I said, that doesn’t happen
Ok. Mythbusters figured this one out on their website. But the video is definitely fake. In the upper right hand corner it says that heat is shown as white. This is clearly seen by skin temperature of the farter and the passing people. By this logic then, a human fart would show up as white, since the gas comes from the human body.
Still fucking hilarious though.

Lol of course its fake! look here heat supposed to be white, as seen from the white skin. and fart is hot so should be white but the smoke that came out is black.

farts would mean it would be white because of the warmth. besides fart gas is nothing like that. this is more of a smoke or vapor
